Would I have already dumped at 7 weeks if I had it?

I'm almost 8 months and have never dumped. I have no clue if I'm a dumper or not. I won't eat more than 15 grams of sugar per serving.

It took me a long time before I could tolerate beef. Fish is still much easier on my system. I am not sure about any limits on fish. I eat fish most nights for dinner.

Pouchy always loved fish and seafood from the get-go.  Couldn't eat beef, ground or otherwise, for months because it got stuck and created the symptoms you describe.  Even now I have to be careful with it more than 2 years out.

As was already pointed out by so many others, dumping involves sugar, not protein.  If you have a touchy gall bladder or other issues with fats, fatty proteins may set you off but that's not dumping.

This early out you shouldn't be eating anything sugar-y anyway.  Hells bells, I eat very little sugar and carbs now even.
