I have only had Scotties and Westies (mostly Scotties... The Westies can be a little too hyperactive).  They are cute, VERY intelligent, have a lot of personality but are also very dignified (well, once they are adults, anyway). They can also be VERY stubborn, though!

Me, too, but I tolerate the stubbornness much better from the terriers, LOL!

I love Terriers!!! Have you ever seen that movie Best of Show? It's a mockentary of dog shows. If you have do you remember the terrier song? If you have not seen it, you should rent it. It is hysterical!

OH YES! I will second this. There were a few of those that had the same group and I think Christopher Guest (who is the hound owner in the movie) directed them all. H I L A R I O U S!! Cookie and the terrier song will have you wiping tears from your eyes and laughing until your sides ache.

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

Christopher Guest is a fricken GENIUS! He did Spinal Tap (the rock and roll world), A Mighty Wind (60's hippies), among others, and of course, was in one of my faves, The Princess Bride. Very very funny man!

I had my knee surgery on the 5th and it went just fine, so I am working on the physical therapy to get use of it again.  Yesterday I was able to"graduate" from two crutches to one (I only used the walker until I could use the crutches, since I needed the crutches to navigate the stairs at home anyway).
