What is this cream cheese crust pizza you speak of? Sounds so good!

SUPER easy!

One 8oz brick of cream cheese (I use reduced fat)

1 large farm fresh, humane certified chicken egg

1 tablespoon of seasoning (I use garlic bread or Italian seasoning)

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese. It will NOT work with the powdered junk in a can.

Mix in your food processor until fully mixed.

Spread on a baking stone with a spatula until smooth and THIN. Too thick, it will not be good for crust.

Bake 375 for 25 minutes in a conventional oven

OR

Bake 350 for 12-17 minutes in a convection oven

I tend to check it at the half way point. You want it to brown and be well cooked.

Remove from heat, allow to cool just slightly.

Put SF pizza sauce, toppings of your choice and cheese on the crust, return to the oven and bake just enough to melt cheese. You can pick it up and eat it if you make the crust right AND allow it to cool a bit before serving. If too hot, the crust will be too soft to pick up.

ENJOY!

I have also made this casserole, but I did it with ground turkey. Turned out soooo good. My family like it, too and it was big enough I was able to freeze leftovers for my lunches.
