Syntrax nector lumpy?

When I used Syntrax Nectar I would shake it up in the blender bottle with cold water then leave it in the fridge for a few minutes (10 or so), then I'd take it out and shake it up again -- usually gets rid of the lumps and the foam

Oh, and I really like Fit Frappe by Big Train...check that out -- it's yum-tastic

I use Syntrax Nectar  Chocolate Truffle. I mix it with low fat vanilla soy milk and I blend it in my mixer with some ice and a 1/4 c water to thin it and a teaspoon of Hersheys SF chocolate because I like it chocolaty. I drink one every morning. Sometimes I add some greek plain yogurt. It's just like a chocolate milkshake. It's delicious and curbs my chocolate cravings. It's never clumpy. I've also tried the already made Premier Protein chocolate shakes and they are 30 gr of protein and pretty good but not as good as my Chocloate truffle mix.

I had the same thing happen with Fuzzy Navel Nectar.  I took it back to the GNC I bought it from.  They replaced it with a different flavor.  He salesman told me that sometimes it's just a bad batch and it's nothing you are doing to cause it to clump.  Maybe you got a bad batch too!

That's what I'm thinking! It was clumpy and slimy and yucky!

Get a shaker bottle (with a little wire ball in it), really inexpensive, see Amazon, it will solve all your future shake mixing dilemmas :). I have done hot drinks in my other shaker bottle, it's the Bariatric Advantage bottle (has a strainer type of filter in it) and that has never ever left clumps for me (the wire shaker I use for cold shakes).

I read when I first started using Nectar to put the water in the glass and then add the powder, most always mine mixes pretty well with just stirring by doing this method.
