Yes, many things can cause  a streched stoma, over eating is number one on the list, Has your friend maintained her goal weight, i am curious? I am 10 years post, in july had to have surgery, they looked at the entire RNY route( good look under the hood  lol ) my pouch was perfect as was the stoma so i am curious why hers is streched,???
