I just want to eat at night

Was gonna suggest what others said - shift your eating to allow a snack later in the evening. I'm not sure what though, I like the pickle suggestion but I'd say don't worry about the water retention (if you are within plan most of the time the water retention will resolve itself in about a day).

As little food as we eat - you may be deficient in sodium and that's why you crave it. Even 5 years post op - I know I don't get enough some days and my body tells me that with low BP and muscle cramps.

I'm another tha****s most of my food in the late evening and at night. Also not hungry in the morning so I eat just a small breakfast (1boiled or 4 oz of yogurt usually).

Come 4-5 in the evening then I want to eat. You may want to shift your intake around like some if us do to allow you a late night snack.

What if you had salt earlier in the day? When I am craving salt, I find a shake with PB2 combats that. Have you tried that?

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago!
