My eyes are playing tricks on me

Your brain cannot separate your face from your body. When you look in the mirror the brain automatically fills in your old body and you cannot see your progress.
One way to see your new body is putting a paper bag over your head, cutting out eyeholes and then looking in the mirror. Or just take a picture of yourself and cover up the head. Then you can see your body without the brain confusing your old body.
Sounds crazy but you will be surprised how much smaller you will look.
We should all do it and post our pics with the bags on our heads
