Tramadol now being tracked along with opioids
I made the mistake of listening to a couple of people who told me to "push through the pain" in my knees, and that the movement would be "good" for them and the arthritis, so I continued water aerobics and trying to use the elliptical machine despite the fact that it made both knees hurt. When I saw the orthopedic surgeon for another round of Synvisc injections, he did X-rays again and when he saw those, he asked what I had been doing. When I told him what (and why), he told me that all I had done was make the bone spurs worse. He said it is fine to work through STIFFNESS and minor discomfort, but anything that causes actual PAIN isn't a good idea.

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.
So you will be getting yours about the time I will be going back to work after mine (Nov 5th)! Wish I has done my left one (back in March) a lot sooner... I was chicken, though, and suffered needlessly for about a year once it got so bad it required Vicodin for the pain.
Good luck!
