It is very common for people to actually lose weight (or lose MORE weight) when they increase their calories a bit. It may mean that your caloric intake is a but low and is holding your metabolism down, or it may just be a matter of shaking the calories and food up.
People often struggle with various mental issues surrounding the weight loss and smaller sizes, including their brain still seeing teir old fat self even when they are lost the weight.itis all just part of the process.
