Gas
What is up with all the gas? I was someone who rarely had any gas and passing gas was very rare for me. Now that I have had surgery I get gas every day. Will this eventually go away as I heal or should I expect this for the remainder of my life?
Thanks.

Have you noticed any relationship to what you eat? If you eat fewer carbs or avoid dairy products, does that help?
Please note: I AM NOT A DOCTOR. If you want medical advice, talk to your doctor. Whatever I post, there is probably some surgeon or other health care provider somewhere that disagrees with me. If you want to know what your surgeon thinks, then ask him or her. Check out my blog.
It sounds like I just need to get used to it.

I am actually enjoying the gas !
My husband and son have tortured me for YEARS with their gas and contests !
Revenge is sweet---think I have won a few of the smelliest rounds lately too !!!
This is awesome!!! :)
I've had a ton of gas since surgery and I have to be careful when at work cause it sometimes sneaks out. :(
Love it, some of the comments on here are great!
Thank you all, you made me laugh.
