Calcium?

I really like the Bariatric Advantage chews. I take them in combo with the generic calcium citrate with D pills.

I don't know why I can't swallow pills - it's the surgeon's rule. Apparently he expects me to crush pills forever. I don't stick to this rule, because I can't stand crushing my anti-anxiety medicine (It's seriously gross).

I take a generic WalMart chewy calcium and vitamin D. They are good, they look and taste like a Tootsie roll!

I'm guessing they are calcium carbonate, though, right? We can't absorb that.
