I'll be 4 months post op on the 11th. I have lost 68 lbs. total from my highest (which was 306 2 days before surgery, did liquid diet for 2 days and lost 7 lbs.). 299 lbs. on surgery day, currently 238. My weight hasn't really moved at all in the last 2 weeks but I expected this, this "zone" always seems to cause a stall for me which I remember from previous weight loss attempts, so for me it's a recognizable plateau. I hope things get moving again, I have upped my protein even more, I can't really exercise lately as I've been sick with a stomach virus and been low energy from that, I half expect that is what caused me to slow down. But the top picture is from last year September at my daughter's Birthday, I wasn't even at my highest weight there (was around 280 something) so I was even worse than this pre-op but not really any full body pictures taken to compare (I just didn't want to take any at that point anymore, and stuck behind the camera instead). Bottom was taken yesterday at 238!

Yay! You look great! Do I spy a Coach bag hanging on your doorknob in your second picture?

I woke up in between a memory and a dream...

Great job. Stay focused. Sometimes I have seen "oldies" people who have done this surgery suggest going back to the liquid diet for a few days to jump start your body again.. Hopefully some of them can give you advice. Keep it up..

Thanks everyone, I feel great and there have been so many little things lately that are a million times easier. From getting out of bed to sitting comfortably in chairs, to not knocking down entire racks of clothes while shopping. These little things which were previously embarrassing for me have been a huge confidence booster now that I am not experiencing them anymore.
