PCP employees giving me the once-over :)
Visited my PCP office yesterday with my son (his appointment) and several of the employees peeked out of their areas to see me.... and made over me! Last time I was there I was immediately post-op so still close to my high weight, and extremely low on blood and pale as a corpse. I've lost somewhere around 75-100 lbs over the last 4 months and have built back my blood loss and have pinked up quite nicely!
It really was weird, though, being the center of attention where everyone noticed and commented on my looks. I just don't see the loss when I look in the mirror. It IS nice to have other's notice. If I were a cat, I would've purred!
I visit my surgeon tomorrow and will get the 'official weight loss' numbers. I stay off the scale at home - stalls stress me - so I'm really looking forward to hopping on his.
Honeymoon phase is currently in full force!!!
