Too much protein?

I'm confused about whether you are tracking protein, calories or both. Of course, the protein is the main focus in these early stages.
I'm not sure how you could have less than 100 calories per day with 3 protein shakes per day plus other small foods. My shakes each have 100-160 calories and more if I make them with milk. At one month out, I am supposed to be having 60-100g of protein per day and 800-1200 calories, but it seems every doctor has a different program.
I'm sure others will weigh in, but it would be a good idea to review your program with your NUT so you stay on track.
Best wishes!
You are doing great getting in that amount of protein. It took me several months before I could consume the recommended amount of 80 to 100 daily. I still have to get part of mine with a shake, yogurt w/protein pwdr added, etc.
I personally would like to get NLT 120 daily. I feel better when I am getting more protein and it shows in my hair as well.

I am half the person I was in 2008.
There are a very small percentage of people with liver problems that can have issues with too much protein. But even for those few, too much is a lot more than you are getting. It seems like you are doing great, and should give yourself a pat on the back, instead of worrying.
I get close to 200 grams of protein a day at just over a year out. I don't need that much protein, but it is the diet that works best for me, and that I can maintain long term.
