And if so, what on earth do you do when you get a headache? I absolutely can't have Tylenol, and now my head has been hurting for 5 days. I'm desperate.

Any ideas?

Tylenol is the only OTC painkiller that I know we can take. You might try a drink or something with caffeine. Other than that you may just need to call your doctor.

Hum, you might need to go see the doctor and get a prescription for something. I know when I get migraines they gave me Tramadol, it works pretty well for me. Also something else i just cant think of what it is right now. Cant find the bottle. Also sometimes for me allergy meds work pretty well.

I have emailed my surgeon and asked for ideas. I'm hoping he'll be able to give me something I can take - preferably something I can take at work.

In the meantime, I've been trying some homeopathic ideas. Nothing's great so far.
