Question about clothing
Guys are different. We don't have all the options you ladies have. However, I bought just enough to get through the week. I often would wear the same outfits to work and maybe had 2 extra shirts to throw in a change up. When I bought clothes they would be just a little snug for my comfort and I would wear them until they fell off pretty much. Thrift stores are a good option. Stores that sell clearance items like a Burkes Outlet in our area were extremely helpful. I could buy new clothes for almost thrift store prices.
In my "yo-yo years", I was able to take in a few of my pants and shirts, depending on how they are made. I plan on doing that now. If you don't have a sewing machine, you can get a cheap one at garage sales, or thrift stores. Taking things in is easier than it sounds. It's really just a straight seam down the sides. It works for a size or two. After that, you'll need the next size down. And you might discover that you like to sew, and decide to make some things!
I have gotten lucky. I have gotten clothes from size 12 - 20 from people I know. People use me as their good will. I go through them keep what I like donate what I don't. Its amazing the people that come out of the wood work with clothes when they see you losing.

From 24 to 20 I did a lot of thrift store items. Now I am hitting killer deals or consignment stores. I went to a Kasper store today and bought 4 dresses for less than 130$!!!

All great ideas from everybody! Went to an avenue store for the first time last weekend. I loved it!! I live in a small town so have to go to the big city to shop 😃.

Research thrift stores in your area. Goodwill here has pants for $8, but at another thrift store I can find them for $2. I always had one pair of black pants, one pair of khakis, and one pair of jeans that fit. They would last about a month. I would hold them up with a belt and drill extra holes in my belts until they no longer worked. I always made sure I had a well-fitting bra because we look so much better with our boobs in the right place. Good luck!!
