"I'm driving there." LOL You almost made me choke on my calcium chew!
I don't normally pay all that much attention to sodium because most of my diet is pretty low in sodium so the occasional salty item isn't usually an issue, but yesterday was a salt-fest! It will be interesting to see how long it takes to get back to normal weight.

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.
When I was in the LOSING phase, I found that time-of-the-month and whatever other things affected my losing For me, from the END of month 2 through the end of month 12 I followed the same four-week pattern:
Week 1 - Lose like crazy
Week 2 - Lose just a lil
Week 3 - Neither lose nor gain
Week 4 - GAIN
Week 1 - lose everything I gained and a bunch more.... etc.
Of course the first weeks went like this: I was retaining water like mad when I went into the hospital, so I peed like every 20 minutes for EIGHT HOURS solid after surgery, I was down 15 pounds within 24 hours of surgery, and 25 lbs by the time I went home. I didn't lose anything else until week 9 after surgery.
~Lady Lithia~ 200 lbs lost!
