HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman.  I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

Yeap... and at 143 lbs - the 7lbs is a huge % weight gain...

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.

I'm laughing quite hard right now.

Joking aside, thanks for the post Lora I know there have been times I've panicked over water weight. I hope people read this and it opens some eyes and calms some nerves.

I lose two pounds or more overnight on the weekends because I forget to drink. It comes back on Monday, though.

Good post and reminder. I see the same. I try to drink at least a gallon a day. When i eat bad carbs, salt or drink booze I retain 3-4 lbs too.
