I will be asking my nutritionist when I meet with her this week but wanted to just get some opinions,

Costco has these individual frozen greek yogurt cups here is the nutrition

Calories 150 Sodium 80 mg
Total Fat 4 g Potassium 0 mg
Saturated 2 g Total Carbs 21 g
Polyunsaturated 0 g Dietary Fiber 5 g
Monounsaturated 0 g Sugars 17 g
Trans 0 g Protein 11 g
Cholesterol 15 mg

I feel the carbs are kinda high but similar to approved greek yogurts from the doctors office so since I am unsure I am not eating it yet.

Any opinions?

More sugar than I like but I could probably tolerate it.

I've looked at several. But the sugar always stops me from trying them. How about freezing a light and fit Greek yoplait? If you really want a frozen treat you could put one of those into a Popsicle mold. Just a thought :) Best wishes on your journey :)

I eat them as a dessert.  While in the early losing phase, you'll want to stay away from "extras" as much as possible and fill your tiny tummy with good protein and veggies.  However, if you are just dying for a treat, this may be a good choice IF you can tolerate the sugar in it.  I do not dump-so it does not affect me.
