Went to my cardiologist for the first time since my surgery. He didn't recognize me! Of course when I saw him last year I weighed 260 pounds and today I weighed 122.6! He said,"who knew that skinny lady was in there just waiting to get out!" It made my day!!

I had that happen last week with my PCP, who did my 6 month diet weigh-ins. It was pretty funny.

Wow that must be an amazing transformation! I was just curious about your journey since we weigh pretty much the same and I have my surgery scheduled for October 1st.

Starting my pre-opt diet next Tuesday and I keep wondering how much I will lose before and after.

Since you started at the same weight as me, just curious as to how much exercise you do to get down to 122 (my personal goal is 130)

Congrats on the NSV

When I was actively losing I exercised 90 minutes a day. I have never gone to a gym but walk or bike every day. Every other day I also do strength training.
