So I quit G2, and was looking at the Powerade Zero, why didn't I see that before!? Literally nothing....no Carbs, no Calories, Sugar isnt even on the Nutritional Info (Im assuming this means less than 1g) G2 Had 7 Carbs just for the tiny little bottles I was getting. Does anyone drink Powerade Zero? This seems to me to be a good thing to drink. Let me know if im wrong

I read on my diet packet, that I could drink powerade zero. I tried it this weekend, the blue one. It was really good!

I drink powerade zero all of the time. It's good but if you drink too much sometimes the sweetness is overwhelming but they are all good to drink when you get tired of drinking plain water!

I agree! Love them here and there, but can't do them everyday :)

Sometimes after my workouts I grab a Vitamin Water Zero on my way home, I like the fruit punch flavor. The Sobe Lifewater one is good too, I like their Pomegranate. Both are no calorie. I never liked the G2, they gave me a lemon one in the hospital and it was just sooo gross tasting to me.

Love the Powerade Zero's...also love the Sobe and Lifewater...drink G2 on occasion but not very often. My go to is Crystal Light but all of the above have kept me from carbonated drinks for almost nine months!

I buy them in bulk. I love the blue and grape ones. I just found http://www.amazon.com/POWERADE-DROPS-ONE-3-Mountain-Orange-F lavor-ELECTROLYTES/dp/B00DGWRNMW/ref=sr_1_3/186-5820324-6537 301?ie=UTF8&qid=1378343601&sr=8-3&keywords=powerade+zero

at my local food lion. Was so happy since I spend about 20.00 a week on powerades. Everyone in our house drinks them.

Yeah the G2 is not a good choice for me.  I like Powerade Zero, Sobe Lifewater, VitaminWater Zero, or Propel.

I like the Powerade zero... I alternate that with the Walmart version of Milo fit... either one HSS zero carbs... I can add extra water to he Powerade if I want a milder flavor. I like the Vitamin Water Zero and Sobe life Water too... my only concern is they all seem to have phosphorous additives. In large amounts they may cause leaching of calcium from bones. Not sure I want to worry about decreasing my bone density. I figure one a day is not excessive, and I take my vitamins regularly. AND my blood phosphorous was normal as was my iPTH.
The Powerade really helped with getting my fluids in early post op, when I could not tolerate plain water. And now that I exercise rigorously I like the electrolyte replacement.

I love the Powerade zero. I stock up when they are on sale, both the big 32 ounce bottles and the 20 ounce 8-packs. Fruit punch is my favorite, followed by the lime.

I think the calorie count on the low-cal gatorade was still 80 calories. That's an awful lot of empty calories, especially if you drink two or three a day.
