I am wondering why every time this week i have had blood when i wipe and stomach pain why?

are your stool hard? or maybe the blood is external? is it red blood? or dark blood? does it look like coffee grounds? Depending on those answers there could be a lot of things. But if its dark, or coffee ground looking then you need to be seen asap. if its red then you might have a bleed external or every close to external, and would want to get that looked at, might be hemorrhoids.

could be a number of things. maybe an ulcer. definitely give your doc a call. you're bleeding in there somewhere and you need to find out and treat it.
