I reached 2 years OUT yesterday.......
......and I forgot all about it!! Is it possible that I am at the new good normal? I guess so. I fixed breakfast for B&B guests and didn't eat it except to taste for seasoning. We had some time to get acquainted and then we showed them Historic Yount's Woolen Mill that we own, took photos, and then I worked for hours in the daylily garden. Tonight we will have our 54th anniversary dinner of steak, salad, corn on the cob ( it is Indiana where the corn and tomatoes are the best in the world). Don't worry, I've learned portion control in the last two years. Our anniversary was the 29th but we were too busy to have our steak then.
My advice for newbies: keep focused on change for the better, keep busy, get out and exercise, socialize, take care of yourself, and finally...be positive.

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
