What is your calorie intake?

I eat a lot of peanut butter( cup to a cup and a half a day) 2 tablespoons is about 200 calories, also I usually have 3 or 4 protein shakes, the particular shake powder I use is 400 calories per serving. I DO NOT recommend this to anyone. My job is extremely physically demanding. On an average day I climb 2000 ft, pull up a 50 pound tool bag by hand at least 6 times, followed by a workout in the gym. My doctor and nutritionist have placed me on this diet to counteract malnourishment, and I have been on it for almost 5 years

True victory comes at the very end, when you can say, " I lived, and will gladly do it again." View "failure" as a setback, and meet each accomplishment with a larger goal.

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman.  I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way.  Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

I am only three weeks out, and I am averaging 245 calories per day. I am struggling to get my protein because I can't eat very much at all. Plus I am thirsty all the time, so I will be sitting there and start sipping and then I have to start the 30 minute wait before eating all over again. I am using the nutrition tracker on here to track my eating and drinking. All I was really interested in was tracking my protein grams.

I'm 11 weeks as well, I take in between 580-650 calories per day, which is within the range that I was given by my dietician. I naturally fell into this range anyway, it's as much as I can handle at this stage, so I think they project that much based on averages given by their patients, so it's pretty realistic I feel. I log everything I eat daily here on OH through the health tracker, that really helps me keep myself accountable and lays out what I'm doing. Oh and coincidentally I've not been losing for the last 7 days as well, so I think this is common.

Oh, I know there are many who stall then. Don't worry just eat what you can starting with protein. I have to say you will stall often as your body tries to sort out that you are not starving to death. I am five years out. I was back to work by seven weeks and did wonderfully well. I always made sure that I had extra protein sources and water should I get overtime or the weather was bad with a slowing of traffic the result.
Rest assured you will lose more and it is not the end at eleven weeks.
