Farfetched concern, but maybe not?
This isn't an answer to what you asked specifically, but I did raise concerns when I met with my surgeon. I asked, "since I'm fairly young, how could I know I'll never need NSAIDS? Are there always acceptable alternatives?" He told me not to worry, because if I needed a prolonged NSAID, they have medicines I can take with it that prevent ulcers. Which made me feel much better. In regard to your question, I think (though am no expert) that it's highly unlikely to get a stomach ulcer from taking an aspirin or two.
There are medicines you can take that reduce stomach acid and therefore might reduce your risk of ulcers, but they don't guarantee you won't get one.
And I do know people that have gotten ulcers after taking just one dose of NSAIDS, although of course the more you take them, the greater the risk.

My doctor allows Nsaids and aspirn if needed. We can take Advil or other similar drugs for pain and/or inflammation. We take them on a full stomach and for short periods of time. If you've had or have and ulcer then you can't, but for most of us it's ok to take them as needed. Gel caps are a much better form for us, many surgeons reversed their "no nsaids" policy when they came out with gelcaps. You can take an aspirin if you need to during a heart attach, and many older post ops are cleared to take a coated 81 mg aspirin daily for heart health. I've had an ulcer previously (healed up) and I'm still ok taking an occasiona Advil, always taking on a full stomach.

I would be hard pressed to do an aspirin regimen on a daily basis, but when I thought a heart attack was happening? I'd be chewing one ASAP!
