Tell me about hair loss
I lost half of my hair. Just overall thinning (which seems to be how it happens for most people). Not all of mine grew back, which isn't a rare occurrence, but most people find that it all grows back.

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.
I haven't been to surgery yet however I decided to change my diet before I went so that I wouldn't have such a large change all at once and I have been experiencing this. In a pretty decent amount && I went to get Biotin 1000 mcg per soft gel and I take five a day which my pcp advised me to and also told me to get the Walmart brand water flavoring (the liquid) sports that has enhanced vitamin B3, B6, B12 and this has helped a lot not near as much falling out almost stopped :) hope this helps!! Hope to see you on the loser's bench soon, I go for consult on the 29th

I have one bald patch that is growing larger, but mostly losing it all over. When I wash my hair I now have a hair collection bucket in my shower because it was clogging my drain. I rinse my hands of the hair and then throw the hair away after my shower. A neighbor asked me yesterday if I was undergoing chemo. I looked at her quizzically and she said that between the weight loss and hair loss, she had wondered. :(

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
