Good Morning... Hubby is on Call and he has a call to go on this morning.. I am going to tag along..  Going by Starbucks and I have heard several of y'all mention that you can actually get something from here and it's legal.  Need some suggestions.

Thanks

Thanks yall....  I'm 4 months out so I don't have to worry about the sugar?  right?

I don't know if you dump on sugar or not.  Even at four months out, you could.  Plus, something high in sugar will not help you lose weight.  That's why I get a skinny vanilla latte - it's made with sugar free syrup.  The only sugar in it comes from the lactose in the milk.

Well, if you want to avoid the sugar for the empty calories, it's preferable to avoid it when you're still losing, you can get sugar free syrups, splenda, etc. to put in it.

I do, Milk has a lot of sugar - and if you sure ot does not affect yu - it may be OK to drink. Some people dump on milk-sugar  - I know I do

ok   No I haven't dumped yet.   I will get the Vanilla Latte with Soy Milk .    It's raining here and I just want something different.  Coffee usually helps me with that bathroom situation that I am having.   Looks like Miralax is going to be my best friend any more.

Thanks again
