I haven't been on here for awhile. I am just checking in. My family just moved and we are trying to get settled in. I want to wish you all a good night. I need to get reconnected. I can already feel some old behaviors trying to crop up.

When was your surgery? Have you found a new surgeon and nutrition to check in with in your new location? If you share the general area of your relo, there are likely people who can recommend (or tell you to run screaming in the other direction) from certain practitioners in your area right here on this site.

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

I relocated an hour north of Madison, WI. I have found a surgeon but have to get my insurance in order before I can make an appointment. Thank you for the advice. I am always looking to get to know others that are in the area I am in. My surgery was May 6, 2013.
