So glad you got some good feedback from your doctor, and glad that the same surgeon is doing both knees. You will do great, and I know what you mean about wanting to get back to the business of being mobile. Good luck and thinking of you!

Very nice! With regard to your bonus, just make sure that (1) being out on disability still qualifies you to receive your bonus, and (2) that receiving the bonus won't decrease your LTD benefits. It would suck if you couldn't get the bonus because you were on disability, or if you got, let's say $500, your LTD benefits decreased by $500. Just pointing something out that you might not have thought of.

But I am excited for you to get your new knee. Hopefully you will have an easier (less painful) recover on this one than you did the other.
