Crazy lady telling me about surgery.... is this true for all or just for some?

I have to use fat-free lactose-free milk. Walmart brand is just as good as Lactaid. All other dairy products are fine. I was told it was possible this might go away.

I'm on the depo shot. I had bleeding immediately after surgery, then on and off for a few weeks. My boobs have started hurting, so I might get a period again. Thankfully, no emotional disturbances yet, which is why I'm on depo in the first place.

I had my period for my surgery and got it again 2 wks later. Now I'm on about a 21 day cycle instead of the 28-30 day cycle I used to have.  I can eat fruit just fine, in fact i have to limit it cuz i love it so much grrr.
My dr usually takes out the gall bladder during RNY but wasn't able to reach mine (my liver was too big), so I knew it would be just a matter of time b4 it would need to come out ( at 5 mos exactly). That recovery almost was worse because THAT time I had the shoulder pain and didn't with my rny. But it went away after a few days. Certainly do-able.
I use Lactaid for my shakes when I have them, but I was lactose intolerant before surgery. i can eat yogurt and string cheese just fine.
Re: hair loss, i started losing it at about 3 mos and have lost about half my hair. It's definitely slowed by now (6.5 mos now) and I've got sprouty regrowth all over my head. Such a beautiful look!
I love my tool and I wouldn't change it for the world!
