first NSV!
I just tried on these "motivational" Bermuda shorts I bought before surgery that are a size 18. They fit! give me a little bit of a muffin top but I easily buttoned and zipped :) I've always thought of my "true size" as 18. I'm sure that will change but for right now for the first time in almost 3yrs I feel like me.
Thanks! It is a really weird feeling because I immediately want to celebrate by eating something, pasta! It is alas my great weakness. I know alot of people eat when depressed. I am the opposite. I eat as a reward to myself. So I'm doing everything to avoid going into the kitchen; took a 2nd shower of the day, guzzling crystal ligh****er, playing games, scoping out the website, anything lol

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
