blood clots in my vomit . . . ER

Sorry I should have given more info!!!  I took a few of the blood clots with me . . . and then vomited again in the ER with more blood clots . . . my red blood count was 30percent below the normal range and they still sent me home.   

I was able to talk with my bypass Dr. today and saw the gastro . . . I am going in for a scope at 930 am Friday morning to see what the problem is . . . I am not having any pain that would be associated with an ulcer . . .not even a lot of acid reflux . . no tar like stool . . . just lethargic . . . and feeling blaaaa . . . havent been able to work out in over two weeks because of fatigue . . . figured it was just the whole turning 40 thing . . . but now I wonder??  Really am hoping it isnt a bleeding ulcer :(

To be quite honest I have no idea what the number was for my red blood count . . . the ER dr. was concerned that I was 30% below normal and that it looked like I had been anemic for quite a long time??? said my cells were small??? 

Perhaps microcytic anemia? From iron deficiency. Have you had your labs checked recently?
