Advice?

I did not bring my own pajamas because I had no way to get them on with the IV in my arm. I just stuck with the gown. I was in for less than a day. For me, lip balm, my electric toothbrush and sugar free throat lozenges were all I needed for comfort!
HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

CW 190!!! GW Anything under 200 was the icing on the cake...going for 170...lil more icing never hurt anybody!
My own robe and bedroom shoes. It was FREEZING in my room.
Chapstick as everyone else has said.
My program gave me a purple RNY good luck pillow for the ride home.
My best advice... tiny cups! I had little dixie cups so I knew what 2 oz was so I could get my 2 oz every 15 minutes as directed. This was at home. It was a much bigger feeling of accomplishment to finish a tiny cup.
Pj pants! My surgery was on valentines day so I wore a pair of red heart pj pants. Made me feel cheerful. (Size Xxl, which I can now fit into one leg of!)
Your own slippers.
Face wash, lip balm, toothbrush and mouthwash, lotion. Lipstick cause I'm southern and we don't let anyone see us without our lipstick!
