Though please be sure to check with your doctor, I don't think you are supposed to get pregnant until AT LEAST 18 months post-op. Getting pregnant would be a true miracle from God Himself, so I only listened with one ear when that came up at the seminar, but both surgeons doing the seminar really hammered on there being a reason (malabsorption doesn't give proper nutrients to the baby?****il AT LEAST 18 months. I do recall them going on and on, but I was reading ahead and prepping for questions that did apply to me. ;)
HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
