Omelet share
Hi,
I know several of us are still relatively early out, and wanted to share my omelet discovery!
Goat cheese omelet:
2 oz. low fat goat cheese (1 oz=2 tbsp, or measure on scale)
1 large egg
Pinch of: salt, dried onions, parsley, pepper
150 calories, 15g protein
Really delicious and the low fat goat cheese is excellent (no brand in particular, ordered from fresh direct)
Feel free to share your recipes as well for early out rny'ers!

Are you 100% sure on the calories? An egg is 70-90 calories and I thought low fat chevre was 70 calories an ounce. I know you said no brand in particular...but do you know which brand are you using? I am intrigued. Chevre is one of my absolute FAVORITES!
