Two sides to my caldero (caldron)...

YUMMMMMMMMMMMM...... check my double side caldron below....

I was in total domestic mode on Sunday ... started with grooming my poodles....

then off to the gym... waiting for DD to set up and turn lights and AC on at the studio for Bokwa/Zumba followed by Body Pump...

then off to the market... then I fired up my caldron and got totally creative....

Yup ... I love love love to cook... OMG .... I made YUMMY non-fried STIR FRY ... beef/chicken/shrimp and veggies sauteed in a bit of water and low sodium soy sauce .. .with sazon for flavoring .....

THERE ARE TWO HALVES TO MY CALDRON....... Mi Caldero ... I won't part with my Panamanian pot given to me by my own mom RIP.. I love cooking big for the family and cooking in it .... the two halves of my caldero ... include a carb free version of the same awesome recipe .... My DD and myself enjoy the noodle-less section ... while DH, DS and son have the full meal ... WIN. WIN....

This is my caldero ... with my double sided meal ... cooked by yours truly and totally enjoyed yesterday by family and friends...

My RECIPE:

This is an awesome recipe ... cube beef and chicken ... sautee in water and a bit of chicken bouillon until cooked ...  add steamed shelled shrimp ... sprinkle with low sodium soy sauce ... until done ... add mixed vegetables/stir fry vegetables/slices of ginger ... continue to mix and sautee sprinkling with low sodium soy sauce until cooked .... add pre-cooked (boiled for just a few minutes) lo-mein egg noodles to one half of the mixture .... for a tasty lo-mein meal .... and for a carb free meal leave the other half noodle free ... YUM YUM YUM ...

BON APETIT!!!

Sounds (and looks!) yummy!

Your dolly--is her face fixed? I did not notice any break in the photo today!

No luck with fixing dolly's face ... it is camouflaged with the hair plus I keep buffing the Epoxy glue I used on her.  I did get the mold for her face, shoulder and hands but I am practicing a bit with my kiln before pouring and baking ... I don't want to screw it up.  I do have my awesome new addition that my son gave me ... she is a beautiful 37" doll ... I just have not gotten around to take her out of the box and setting her up ... plus I am going to yank her hair off of make her 'my kind' of hair LOL .... She should be standing right beside that other doll by the beginning of August ... my niece is coming to stay with me for a few days and I am all excited... Chip has lost interest in the doll since he mated with Pierretta ... so now they are safe from my little 'humper' LOL ...

It is pretty easy and tasty too ... I love dumping a whole bunch of things in one pot and having a large tasty meal for my family AND my son's and daughter's friends who always get an invite from them when I cook something that they like... no leftovers go figure LOL

You could add the Shiritaki noodles (made from tofu) to enjoy a low carb lo mein. :o)  Looks fantastic!
