I have got to get started on this exercise thing I keep reading about.

Surgery weight:  232 lbs. / Goal: 145 lbs. Height:  5'5"     Fat? Ain't nobody got time for that.

I didn't get the memo because Laura didn't send it out, LOL.

I once jokingly accused my surgeon of forgetting to flip the internal switch that causes RNY patients to suddenly LOVE to exercise. She said it is like liver... Some people love it and some people hate it, and some people force themselves to eat it because their mother (surgeon, etc.) says it is good for them.  I prefer liver to exercise, LOL!

I have always loved being active and working out. Now, its just getting easier to do lol. I danced (ballet & jazz) my whole childhood until my senior year in HS it was then when I started piling on the pounds.

For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength. Phillipians 4:13 laugh

 

 

CW 190!!! GW Anything under 200 was the icing on the cake...going for 170...lil more icing never hurt anybody!

LOL!! I couldn't do it 30 min on the arc trainer and 10 on the recumbent bike. I have a HORRIBLE guilty conscience!!! Plus we are going to dinner and to see Red 2 and this girl wants a lil popcorn!

I never get in more than 3 workouts a week. I think you are setting yourself up for failure if you make unrealistic goals. That's when people seem to "quit" all together (the "all" or "nothing" mentality).
