I didn't get the memo because Laura didn't send it out, LOL.
I once jokingly accused my surgeon of forgetting to flip the internal switch that causes RNY patients to suddenly LOVE to exercise. She said it is like liver... Some people love it and some people hate it, and some people force themselves to eat it because their mother (surgeon, etc.) says it is good for them. I prefer liver to exercise, LOL!

I never get in more than 3 workouts a week. I think you are setting yourself up for failure if you make unrealistic goals. That's when people seem to "quit" all together (the "all" or "nothing" mentality).
