Would not be without it. It is my security blanket to know I am eating on program. Takes maybe 10 minutes at most to update what I eat each day. Plan on doing it the rest of my life and my wife logs what she eats as well and she likes it as much as I do. We plan our daily menu on it each day. I have tried many of the other loggers but this is the most complete in my opinion.

I've logged every bite for the past year, and check the message boards every day. Anyone who wants to send me a friend request, send one on MFP, same name as on here.

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
