Had a great day! We ended up at Landrys on Galveston Island. No cheats! Had grilled shrimp en brochettes and some veggies. I did however take the bacon off. That was too much to handle. And then a surprise stop at Starbucks for my passion iced tea. Perfect ending!

Glad you had a great night out!

Not sure if you know...but you can buy the big bags of Tazo Passion Tea at grocery stores and Target. I keep a pitcher of it in my fridge and put in two of the personal/small sticks of Crystal Light in each 1/2 gallon to give it a Lemonade/Tea flavor. It is SO refreshing!! Give that a try. :) One bag makes a 1/2 gallon, it is exceptionally cost effective.

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!

Omg well looks like a trip to Target is in order!! I love their passion tea and at 2.95 a cup I think making it at home may be alot better!!

Do enjoy some jumbo Gulf shrimp. Can't eat but two or three of them but do enjoy them!

How fun! My daughter turns sweet 16 in October. We are renting a beach house on Galveston island, I cannot wait!
