Need help - waiting for surgery to get scheduled

Oh my goodness! Have you called?? I would just fall apart if I had to wait 4 more weeks. 

I'm still waiting, too! Insurance received everything on July 3 and I'm still waiting to hear if I've been approved. I've never been great at waiting but I'm just working to stay focused on the lifestyle changes I've already implemented that will help prepare me for surgery. Trying to stay busy and not think about it! 

just received word from insurance that I've been approved!! Now, waiting to get a call back from my surgeon's office. Soo ready to get my date scheduled!!

I had to wait awhile for a date after my approval also. The girl that does the scheduling told me it was because they go in order of when they get approval back from insurance. I had to wait about a week. It was torture so I feel your pain. I would definitely call them since its been 10 days. Maybe they can at least give you an idea of where you are on the list. 

In the same boat.  I have been approved from the sugical staff.  Now, just waiting on insurance approval. 

The Clinic runs on a very strict way of doing things. It took them a little over a week for the nurse to call me about my date and my wife had a different surgeon. It took them 2 weeks to call her. I would call if u wanted to but unfortunately don't think it will speed things up. Maybe u will get lucky! Good luck to you!!! I was just as excited as you!!! . Keep me up to date!!!

I called and didn't get very far.  Like you said, it probably didn't speed anything up.  It's frustrating.  I hope to hear soon.  I'm not good at waiting!  

I think I am in the tube behind the boat!  Just had my stress test on Tuesday, going to call the center on Friday to make sure they have everything or if they need anything else to submit to the insurance.  This is the hardest part. . . being patient.

I was at Cleveland Clinic too. I called a couple of times and left messages for Jennifer. She called me back and was very sweet. The waiting is excruciating tho - hang in there!!! But, I would call....
