Swollen like sausage casing 48 hours post op

I went UP ~5 lbs after surgery- then when the swelling went down- so did the scale!

Yes, I had way too much IV fluid.  I was in a day longer than the usual and they should have taken the line out.  My hands and fingers looked like Minnie Mouse but when I pointed it out they did nothing.  I gained back 34 of the 35 lbs that I lost before surgery.  It was very disheartening to have that much fluid to get rid of.
