Finally got an answer from Cigna! And it was a yes!!! I'm so relieved. Should get a surgery date soon. Now it feels "real!"

Excellent! Do you have Health Partners Cigna? (I do...) How long did it take? I have one more NUT visit, then the meeting with the surgeon and then they'll submit... so... soon!!! :-)
