Well I'm finally on pureed foods! I feel great! I also want to continue my shakes in order to get all my protein in, but want something a little faster than before. I'm looking into grab-and-go type shakes. Any recommendations?

I like the shakes I make myself better, but I thought the Atkins ready to drink shakes were OK.

I like the about time brand. The powder comes in bottles then you just add your own water or milk to them. They blend very smooth and come in all kinds of favors such as peaches and cream, mocha mint and birthday cake

Premier Protein RTD shakes from Sam's Club/Costco are great. I've only had chocolate.

Slimfast has come out with a high protein RTG in chocolate and vanilla that are 20g protein/180 calories/2 carbs. they are not bad. those and isopure are the only ones i can stomach.
