liquid vitamins

Just wondered if anyone in Ontario has had any luck finding liquid multi vitamins?..If so where?

Is your surgeon requiring you take liquid vitamins?

Double check with your doc - mine said liquid vitamins ran right through us and were'nt recommended for post ops. We need vitamins to stay put long enough to be absorbed. If your surgeon says ok then it's fine, but for most of us a certain type of daily vitamin is recommended by our surgeons.

I purchased liquid vitamins from a website called wellesse.com.  The taste isn't bad...sort of tastes like orange juice.  The dose is 2 tbsp.  These were recommended by my nutritionist because the chewables were very constipating for me.
