Last Nutrition visit!

Today was my last visit until 3 weeks post op! I also spoke.with my pcp, just need my appointment with the kidney doc (low potassium) to go well then he will clear me! I am hoping all goes smoothly! I can not wait to be on the losing end_

Woo Hoo! Your almost there! I had my 3rd nutrition visit today and have 3 more (July, August, Sept) and then I am done and hoping for surgery in October.

HW333--SW 289--GW of 160 5' 11" woman. I only know the way I know & when you ask for input/advice, you'll get the way I've been successful through my surgeon & nutritionist. Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
