"well rounded" or "confusing" personality? (even more so after WLS)

I see nothing confusing. Very well rounded Then again, I have an engineer (civil) son, lives life in a box pretty much, very cut and dried personality. That's confusing to me!!! Where's the variety there?

Variety is the spice of life!

We are a lot alike. Well, minus the MENSA and reading Latin, lol. I did take Latin, but never had a love for it. I think varied interests are great. My husband is very narrow in his interests and it causes issues with us. I love a good symphony or the next rock concert. I love to country dance but love to watch my nephew perform with his rap band. I could sit through a MLB game until the 12th inning in overtime just as easily as I could hit the mall shopping for hours. I can put on heels and a dress and feel as perfectly comfortable as I would in sweats and a tshirt. I love to camp and float the river. I love to get manis and pedis. I do not think you are confusing. I think women like us are interesting. We are not afraid to enjoy what we want and to heck with stereotyping. I graduated with a 4.0 from college but I can hang and blend with any crowd of any variety of people.

I work with a LOT of engineers and I will say this. There are 2 categories of engineers: The really science-y ones and the construction engineers. If you ever meet a construction engineer, give him a chance. They are pretty darn cool to hang with and are really normal. Well, normal for guys LOL. The geology/oil/gas, etc. ones are DEFINITELY an entire different species!
