Well, today was my first visit with the dietician, I have lost 24%.  So he said I was right on with what I should be losing.   Gave the ok, to start swallowing pills.   Thank God..

So now I am going to go and get some Calcium Citrate I can swallow and Some Multi vitamins... I need something that's not real big so I don't have any trouble... Any reccomendations on what I need to get?  I do have a Sam's Club here.    Any suggestions would be helpful...

Make sure your taking 2 multi vitamins a day, 2 hours apart, with 3 doses of calcium. 2 hours apart as well. then add in Dry D, b12, and 50mg of iron with vitamin C.  Best way to take them is: Morning: mutli, calcium, b12,, D then  midmorning multi, calcium, lunch calcium, then bed iron/vitamin C. Also if your taking any other meds like thyroid meds dont take within 2 hours of vitamins.

Citracal Calcium Citrate petites, arent to bad to swallow.

These are what i take now, if you have issues with swallowing them, just take one at a time. I just bought some for BOGO.

You can always do a chew, but they get to be costly.  So 1 bag of 90 at 31.00 would last a month.

This is the mutli that I am using right now.

I'm using the target brand prenatal at the advice of my NUT. It's somewhat smaller than most multis.

I do two Bariatric Advantage Multi-vitamins and three BA calcium citrates. And 1000mcg every other day of b12. No iron yet, my doc doesnt start those unless they are needes. They will check my levels @ 6 weeks.
