NSV kinda
I am a little over four weeks out. I went to the zoo with my daughter and granddaughter. I walked the entire time and did not even need to sit down once. I was so surprised to have this type of change so early out my daughter told me how proud she was of me. Last time I went to the zoo I rented a motorized cart.
Don't get me wrong i still had arthritis pain however, I was able to walk.
In addition, my bs and bp are normal I ride my recumbent bike for exercise. I guess it is helping
I am learning something new everyday about my body and what I can and cannot tolerate to eat. I am learning to listen to my body. I have a long way to go but I take it one meal at a time.
I have no regrets about my surgery
Thank you everyone for all of the wonderful support

Please consult your surgeon & nutritionist for how to do it their way. Biggest regret? Not doing this 10 years ago! Every day is better than the day before...and it was a pretty great day!
