Almost 6 months out, down to 138!

I stuck to the center's plan and got all my protein in and always got in more liquids than they called for which is 64 oz. I walk now about 5 miles 3x a week and 2 miles 3x a week. I started out just walking around the block and thought that was good, LOL. I play golf once a week with DH now and sometimes will go hit balls once a week.
