Good morning from triple digit Phoenix, AZ!  But it IS a dry heat ... still hot so has me looking for cool recipes!

Found this yummy sounding thing on a blog called Peanut Butter and Peppers!

Use either 1 tsp instant coffee(decaf if you must or wish):)mixed in 1.5 cups ho****er OR 1.5 cups strong coffee brewed.  Place into shallow container or ice cube tray and freeze at least 4 hrs or overnite.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup milk of your choice

3 tsp vanilla extract(you could probably use SF syrup here is you like)

1 tsp unsweetened cocoa

1 packet(or more to taste, I am a 3 packet gal)Splenda or your idea of sweetener

Put all of this into blender and blend away.  She says if frozen coffee too hard wait a few minutes and try again.

You could use some SF cool whip to top it off.  Or try some protein powder to mix into it to get in your protein.

Stats with above ingredients:

Cal:43    Sodium: 65   Carbs: 7    Sugar:6  Protein: 4   Fat: 0

Anyhoo..have a blessed Sunday and if this has appeared before, my apologies for not crediting the original person but I tried to credit the place I found it.

Enjoy this all  you wonderful losers!
